PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have a button-arrangement recess of a case formed as a space separate from the inside part of the case. SOLUTION: A circuit board for switching 73 arranged inside the case 2 and equipped with contact points 73a, 73b, 73b, operating buttons 57, 63 arranged at the button-arrangement recesses 53, 54, and a rest member 64 formed of a rubber material are provided. The button arrangement recesses are formed of peripheral wall parts 56, 61 surrounding the operating buttons and bottom wall parts 55, 60 pressed to base face parts 67, 70 of the rest member, insertion holes 55a, 60a, 60a into which pressed parts 69b, 72b, 72b of the rest member are inserted protruded toward the button-arrangement recesses are formed at the bottom wall parts, inner periphery faces of presser-foot ribs 68, 71 of the rest member are tightly adhered to either outer periphery faces of the peripheral wall parts at end parts on the side of the bottom wall parts or outer periphery faces of the bottom wall parts, and the base face parts are pressed tightly adhered to either the peripheral wall faces or the bottom wall parts.
