OPTICAL MEMORY TO RECORD ACCESS

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record access from an unspecified person as a trace in an optical memory of a nano scale lower than a diffraction limit. SOLUTION: Information is optically read based on difference between shapes of nano structural bodies 11 or difference between scattered sectional areas of radiated light by irradiating an information storage layer 21 of the optical memory wherein nano structural bodies 11 as non-rewritable storage bits are arranged with light, and optical access to the information storage layer 21 is recorded by using an access recording medium 12 disposed near the rear surface side of a light incident surface of the information storage layer 21.
