PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a living state notification system providing a sense of security and system reliability to a contact close relative by automatically distributing a mail to the contact close relative when resident's living behavior is detected. SOLUTION: The living state notification system is composed of a living behavior detection means for detecting resident's living behavior, a telephone means to a management center which calls the management center through a public line when the living behavior detection means detects the living behavior and a mail distribution system for automatically distributing a telephone number of a caller by e-mail to a prescribed contact close relative by coupling a notification receiving program corresponding to number display service with an automatic mail distribution program.
