PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting for a cross arm of a signal lighting fixture which is small in the number of components and is swingable against an external force from all directions. SOLUTION: One swingable connection part 13 and the other swingable connection part 13A in which connection board sections 11 are extended in an erected state in every equal interval side of a polygonal board section 10 are configured by engaging each polygonal board section 10 with each other, and including a coil spring 14 in one swingable connecting section 13, and mounting crown bodies 15 and 15A at the top end side of the connection board section 11 of one swingable connection section 13 and the other swingable connection part 13A so that the polygonal board sections of one swingable connection part and the other swingable connection section are pressure welded by the engagement force of the coil spring 14.
