PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform collection apparatus capable of appropriately capturing sampling data of analog units and external equipment, without increasing the consumption of an address domain. SOLUTION: The waveform collection apparatus is composed of the analog units for generating sampling data, a communication unit for receiving transmission data including sampling data from the external equipment, and a data write unit for capturing the sampling data of the analog units and capturing the sampling data of the external equipment received by the communication unit, and writing them on a memory, and is configured including a counting means for counting the number of samples of the data captured by the data write unit. The data write unit starts data capturing on the basis of a start trigger, finishes capturing of data from the analog units on the basis of a finish trigger, and finishes capturing of data from the communication unit when the number of samples of the external equipment coincides with the number of samples of the analog units.
