PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage the tightening torque or tightening axial force of a bolt member. SOLUTION: If the distance between the head 42 of the bolt member 34 and a nut member 32 falls below a predetermined value as the number of times that the bolt member 34 is tightened increases, snap buckling of the spring part 46 of a lock washer 36 occurs and an axial reaction force exerted by the lock washer 36 starts to decrease instead of increasing. Also in this case, the tightening torque or tightening axial force of the bolt member 34 is set to be within an optimum range. Thus, based on the fact that the reaction force exerted by the lock washer 36 has started to decrease instead of increasing, the tightening of the bolt member 34 is finished, whereby the optimum tightening torque or tightening axial force of the bolt member 34 matching the reaction force after the snap buckling of the lock washer 36 can be achieved.
