PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the easy visible inspection of the inside of a water guiding passage from the outside for a long period of time without removing a leakage receiving plate in a water guiding device wherein the leakage receiving plate is attached to a leakage part of the concrete wall surface of a structure such as a tunnel or the like so as to guide leaking water from the leakage part. SOLUTION: Attachment ends 9, 9 are formed at both sides of the leakage receiving plate 7. A central part of the leakage receiving plate 7 in the width direction is formed as a transparent part 19. A central water-blocking protrusion 27 is formed along a central line in the longitudinal direction of the inner surface 25 of the transparent part 19. The central water-blocking protrusion 27 separates a water guiding passage 4 formed between a concrete wall surface 3 and the leakage receiving plate 7 into right and left.
