PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building which can secure a sufficient horizontal structural plane even if a story on which a storage room is arranged has a high floor height. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the building, horizontal structural plane parts 11, 16 are arranged at upper locations of spaces where the storage rooms 8, 13 are not included, respectively. Therefore on the stories each having a high floor height due to arrangement of the storage room 8 or 13, a space where the storage room 8 is included secures a section (a sub-floor 9) forming a floor of the storage room 8 so as to serve as the horizontal structure plane, and a space where the storage room 13 is included secures a section (a sub-floor 14) forming a ceiling of the storage room 13 so as to serve as the horizontal structure plane. On the other hand, the spaces where the storage rooms 8, 13 are not included, secure the horizontal structural plane parts 11, 16 so as to serve as the horizontal structural planes, respectively. Therefore even if the floor heights of the stories on which the storage rooms 8, 13 are arranged, are made higher, the building can secure the sufficient horizontal planes.
