SOLUTION: This anti-skid construction method for applying an anti-skid to a sloped construction surface 1 comprises the step of thinly undercoating a construction surface 1 with a liquid thermosetting resin 2, the step of coating a construction surface 1' coated with the liquid thermosetting resin 2 with a paste body 5 manufactured by, after a powder 3 is mixed in the liquid thermosetting resin 2, mixing particles 4 into that mixture, and the step of spraying the particles 4 on the construction surface 1' coated with the paste body 5 before the construction surface 1' is hardened.
