PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact strength-improving agent for polyacetal resins, which improves the mechanical physical properties, such as impact resistance, of obtained molded articles without deteriorating the original characteristics of the polyacetal resins and can prevent the decomposition of the polyacetal resins. SOLUTION: This impact strength-improving agent for the polyacetal resins comprises 100 pts.mass of a graft copolymer obtained by polymerizing a vinylic monomer component in the presence of a dienic rubbery polymer (G) having a mass-average particle diameter of 130 to 1,000 nm and 0.01 to 10 pts.mass of a hindered phenolic antioxidant (B) having a specific structure.
