PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide microcapsules for controlled release of acetyl salicilic acid in the gastrointestinal environment. SOLUTION: The microcapsules for controlled-release of acetylsalicylic acid comprise particles of acetylsalicylic acid with a size of between 100 and 1,000μm, coated with a coating material comprising a mixture of a cellulosic film-forming polymeric derivative, an antiadherent, a plasticizer, a lubricant and a vinylic film-forming polymeric derivative.
