PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous suspension composition that exhibits excellent dispersiblity, hardly generates pinholes when cured in the air and can form a cured product excellent in flexibility, adhesive properties, heat resistance, flame retardancy, corrosion resistance and electric insulating properties. SOLUTION: The aqueous suspension composition comprises fine particles of silicon dioxide and fine particles of aluminum oxide dispersed in an aqueous medium and further contains at least one selected from among alkali metal silicates and alkali metal carbonates in an amount of more than 90 pts.mass and not more than 150 pts.mass, based on 100 pts.mass of the total of the fine particles of silicon dioxide and the fine particles of aluminum oxide, where the particle size of the fine particles is substantially within the range of 0.01-30μm and the average of the particle size is 0.02-0.8μm.
