PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide driver's seat for construction equipment with housing portions, convenient to use an ashtray or a beverage vessel without leaving the driver's seat during work, by housing the beverage vessel or the ashtray to be used in response to the custom or taste of a driver in the housing portions provided in at least two places at a position where a driver's hand easily reaches from the driver's seat. SOLUTION: The driver's seat structure comprises a predetermined-shaped housing portion 18 in at least two places of a surrounding side of the driver's seat 12 of construction equipment to selectively receive any one of the beverage vessel 17 and the ashtray 11, and the ashtray 11 is detachably housed in the other housing portion which is not selected for the beverage vessel 17 in the two housing portions.
