PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber molding method which can stably control a molding pressure applied from a rubber molding mold to a molding material to be a prescribed target pressure and can stably mold a molding in a prescribed target shape, even when it has a closed space in particular. SOLUTION: In the rubber mold method, the rubber molding mold is contacted with the inner surface of an outer mold made of a rigid body and arranged in the outer mold, and the molding material containing a resin is arranged in the cavity of the rubber molding mold. Heating is started while a prescribed clearance is formed between the inner surface of the rubber molding mold and the surface of the molding material. After the inner surface of the rubber molding mold is contacted with the surface of the molding material by the inward thermal expansion of the rubber molding mold, the molding pressure by the rubber molding mold is applied to the molding material.
