PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fruit and vegetable cutting device usable for processing fruit while having adequate processing capacity with a great choice of cutting. SOLUTION: The fruit and vegetable cutting device is provided with: a cylindrical throwing chamber 2 with a rotation body 8 introducing thrown-in fruit vegetables in a radial direction by centrifugal force. An opening 11 is formed in the side face of the throwing chamber 2, and a composite blade is arranged to be faced with the opening 11. The composite blade consists of a round blade 13 rotating at a high speed, a rotary comb blade 14 formed by arranging many cutting blades 18 in an arc shape along the backside of the rim of the round blade 13, and a stationary comb blade 15 made by arranging many blades side by side with appropriate intervals, which are extended in a horizontal direction on a face in parallel or nearly in parallel with the round blade 13.
