The device has a discoidal ring (1) provided with holes (2, 3) having edges (4, 5) that are protruding at its circumference. The holes are arranged out of phase to each other on paths of different diameters, where the edges (4, 5) of the holes protrude in a direction of an upper and lower side of the discoidal ring, respectively. Bars (6) are aligned orthogonal to the ring and arranged at the inner circumference of the ring.
