Method involves supplying a multilevel plate-like piezo utility (11) with multiple slat-like lamella output structures (23,24). An opening (26a) in the direction of thickness by the piezo utility, are provided in a final state range (25) between the two parallel lamella output structures. The piezo-bending-converter has two lamellae, separated from each other by a separation slit, and which extend from a free lamella end to the final state range. The two lamellae are connected with each other at the final state range, where the separation slit ends with a final state slitting (35).
