<p>The object is to produce an optically active 3-amino-nitrogenated compound, particularly an optically active 1-protected-3-aminopyrrolidine derivative, useful as an intermediate for the synthesis of a pharmaceutical agent or an agricultural agent from an inexpensive, readily available raw material at high efficiency and in an industrially practicable manner. An optically active 3-amino-nitrogenated compound can be produced by reacting an optically active 3-substituted nitrogenated compound with ammonia, methylamine, ethylamine or dimethylamine in the presence of water. A 1-protected-3-aminopyrrolidine derivative can be produced by reacting an optically active 1-protected-3-(sulfonyloxy)pyrrolidine derivative with ammonia, methylamine, ethylamine or dimethylamine in the presence of methanol, ethanol, n-propanol or isopropanol under a pressure of less than 30 bar.</p> |
