A loan pass card dispenser is provided to issue a loan pass card by a one stop by offering loan related documents, which is required to issue the loan pass card, to a financial organization. An authentication control unit(110) obtains the fingerprint information to compare with a fingerprint image of an identification card of a customer to authenticate the customer. An authentication request unit(120) transmits the result of the authentication to a financial organization server(200), and requests the authentication number to be transmitted to a user terminal device. An input unit(150) inputs the authentication number and a password of the customer. A card issuing unit(160) issues a loan pass card to which the password is recorded. |
