A constant velocity joint for a vehicle is provided to improve the assembling work of a cage relative to a completed outer race by forming a certain straight section at a part in which an end of a ball groove makes contact with an inlet section of the outer race. A constant velocity joint for a vehicle comprises an outer race assembly(1) and an outer race(20). The outer race assembly has one side connected to a driving shaft and the other side formed with an inlet section(21). The outer race assembly has a plurality of ball grooves(23) in the inner peripheral surface thereof. A straight section(27) is formed at a part in which the end portions of the ball grooves contacts with the inlet section of the outer race, so that a de-burr process for removing burrs generated at the part is omitted.
