Disclosed is a microorganism belonging to the genus Enterobacteriaceae which is reduced in or lacks a CsrB RNA function or a CsrC RNA function, and which is capable of producing and accumulating an amino acid therein. Also disclosed is a method comprising culturing the microorganism in a culture medium to produce and accumulate an amino acid in the culture and then collecting the amino acid from the culture.
