A method of treating an inflammation in a subject thereof is provided. Th e method comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of CCL2, thereby treating the inflammation. Also provided are pharma ceutical compositions and unit dosage forms which comprise CCL2 for the trea tment of inflammation.
