<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the enlargement of members such as a rail and a rack to reduce an equipment cost in a rail-guided transport vehicle by connecting a plurality of tractors with cooperative travel/stop members, thereby being operated or stopped from any tractor with small capacity. <P>SOLUTION: The rail-guided transport vehicle travels on the rail by towing a truck by the tractors having pinions forcibly driven and meshed with the rack stuck to the rail laid on the ground, and travels and stops with the operation of travel/stop operating members provided at the tractors.
