<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method by which the life span and capability of EL elements are improved through the use of an emission layer that is doped with a nanostructure and has various organic polymers. <P>SOLUTION: The compound contains 0.001 to 10% by weight of a nanostructure, contains a polyfluorene, and is used for an electroluminescent element. The compound can be used as a photorelease layer in the EL element that contains a cathode, an anode, and a photorelease layer including that arranged between the cathode and the anode. The EL element can be produced by supplying a substrate, supplying a cathode and an anode onto the substrate, and then vapor-depositing the photorelease layer on the substrate. The compound is produced by ultrasonically cutting the nanostructure and then mixing the nanostructures with a polymer such as a polyfluorene polymer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
