PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote controller whose transmission window does not come out in the case of a fall and a transmission window fixation structure of the remote controller while suppressing cost. SOLUTION: The remote controller has a housing formed by engaging an upper case 22 and a lower case 28, and the transmission window for transmitting an infrared signal is fixed by the engagement structure of the upper case 22 and the lower case 28. The transmission window 26 has fin structures 26c and 26d extending inward nearly vertically from its internal surface, and the fin structures 26c and 26d are pressed and clamped with either of the upper and lower cases and a control board 24 provided in the remote controller 20.
