PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device such that a thin plate type or sheet type antenna provided to the communication device is accurately arranged so that its structure does not change. SOLUTION: The thin plate type or sheet type antenna 3 is arranged on a top surface of a top plate 5 of a case 2 which contains a circuit board 1, and one end side and the other end side of the antenna 3 are inserted into the case 2 respectively through through antenna end insertion holes 6 bored in the top plate 5 of the case 2. Those two insertion portions 7 and 8 are bent to loop the antenna 3; and a tip side of the insertion portion 7 between the insertion portions 7 and 8 is connected to a feed point 12 of the circuit board 1 and a tip side of the other insertion portion 8 is connected to a fixed part 13 of the circuit board 1.
