PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs by eliminating a damper and its opening and closing structure. SOLUTION: In the vaporization type petroleum burning device provided with a vaporizer 1 provided with a heater 1 for heating and vaporizing fuel oil, a combustion fan 48 supplying primary air for combustion to the evaporator and supplying secondary air to a burner part 23, and a draft duct 49 communicated with the evaporator 1 and a burner part 23, and roughly perpendicularly communicated with the combustion fan 48 via a blasting opening 50, a guide passage for guiding the primary air is provided on a nozzle of the evaporator 1 communicated with the draft duct 49, the draft duct 49 other than the guide passage is communicated with a cooling passage supplying the secondary air to the burner part, a straightening vane 52 is provided in an upwind side of the guide passage, and the straightening vane 52 is provided with an inverted T-shaped opening hole 53 contacting a bottom face of the draft duct 49.
