PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid heating device capable of efficiently heating the heated fluid without contaminating the same. SOLUTION: This fluid heating device comprises a heating chamber 2 composed of a magnetic flux permeable material, and having an inlet portion for introducing the fluid to be heated and an outlet portion for leading out the heated fluid, a plurality of glassy carbon fillers 7 filled in the heating chamber 2, and having the curved or projecting shape on a part or the whole of the same, and an induction coil 8 disposed at the outside of the heating chamber 2 for induction-heating the glassy carbon fillers 7.
