PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing for a center bearing, less liable to rust or flake. SOLUTION: The bearing 1 for the center bearing comprises an inner ring 11, an outer ring 12, and a plurality of rolling elements 13 rollingly arranged between a raceway surface 11a of the inner ring 11 and a raceway surface 12a of the outer ring 12. On at least part of the surface of at least one of the inner ring 11, the outer ring 12 and the rolling element 13, a metal coating is provided which is formed of tin, copper alloy, zinc or a thermoplastic resin having rust preventing effects.
