PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine equipped with a prize-winning device, which effectively utilizes limited space of a game area, and besides, makes no trouble on a flow of game balls even if the width is decreased to the utmost limit. SOLUTION: The game machine is equipped with a priority passage 47 which is formed from the front of an outlet to the back side communicating with the outlet in order to preferentially guide game balls which flow into a winning prize space section 46 of a prize-winning device 12 down to the outlet (passage opening 44a) and has an inclination which slopes down backward, and a waiting passage 48 which is arranged adjoining the priority passage 47 and guides the game balls which flow in the winning prize space section 46 down to the outlet after a stop. The waiting passage 48 comprises a back floor section 49 which is formed in the back side and has an inclination which slopes down forward and a front floor section 50 which is formed in the front and has an inclination which slopes down toward the priority passage 47 so that the game balls flowing from the back floor section 49 can flow into the priority passage 47.
