There is described an earpiece for securing a device within an individual's ear comprising a body made from resilient material and means for attaching the earpiece to the device to form an earpiece assembly, wherein the earpiece body is compressible to allow insertion of the earpiece assembly into the ear and the earpiece body is expandable to substantially fill the individual's auricular cavity. The invention has particular utility for securing an earphone or earplug in the ear. A method for manufacturing the earpiece is also provided. |
