A display device is provided to form touch signal pads at projections of an upper substrate to move signal supplying lines connected with the touch signal pads to an end direction of upper and lower electrodes to prevent the signal supplying lines from invading a display area, thereby maximizing the display area. An upper substrate is opposite to a lower substrate, having liquid crystals between the upper substrate and the lower substrate, and has projections. A lower polarizing plate is formed on the back of the lower substrate. An upper polarizing plate is opposite to the upper substrate. A lower electrode is formed on a front of the upper substrate. An upper electrode is formed on the back of the upper polarizing plate. If a user touches the upper polarizing plate, the upper electrode is connected with the lower electrode. Lower signal supply lines(128,138) are formed on the lower electrode to cover a frame of the lower electrode. Upper signal supply lines(124,134) are formed on the upper electrode to cover a frame of the upper electrode. Touch signal pads(122,126,132,136) are formed on the projections connected with the upper signal supply line and the lower signal supply line. |
