A gas heater and a dryer having the same are provided to reduce a drying cost and time by converting the gas energy to thermal energy. A gas heater comprises a cabinet(50), a gas pipe(130), a nozzle(140), a valve(150), a mixing pipe(120), an ignition plug(170), a guide pipe, and a mixing unit(124). The mixing pipe is installed at one part of the nozzle and mixing gas with air. The ignition plug is installed at outer part of the mixing pipe, and ignites flames. The guide pipe is installed at the outer part of the mixing pipe, and guides heated air to a predetermined space. The mixing unit wherein the nozzle is connected, is formed at one part of the mixing pipe. A predetermined amount of air is inflowed from the cabinet to the mixing unit. The mixing pipe has a pair of connecting ribs at two ends. The connecting ribs have a hole unit to be connected with the cabinet. |
