An oscillating circuit is provided to guide the accurate operation of a driving unit and satisfy electromagnetic compatibility by removing the high frequency component and noise generated from an oscillating unit. An oscillating circuit(10) includes an oscillating unit(11), and a filter unit(12). The oscillating unit supplies a clock signal to a driving unit(13) which is oscillated by a specific frequency. The filter unit removes the high frequency component and noise included in the clock signal of the oscillating unit. The oscillating unit is an oscillator IC. The filter unit has a high frequency shielding unit which shields the high frequency component included in the clock signal and passes only low frequency signals, and a noise removing unit which removes the noise included in the clock signal, removes the AC component remaining in a pulsating current, and outputs only a DC component. |
