Disclosed is a pharmaceutical capsule comprising a moulded capsule shell, the capsule shell being composed of a material comprising a copolymer of methyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid in a ratio of 65:25:10 present in an amount of about 20 to about 90% w/w; a lubricant present in an amount of 0 to about 30% w/w; a dissolution modifying excipient present in an amount of about 2.5 to about 70% w/w, and optionally a surfactant present in an amount of 0 to about 10%, a plasticizer present in an amount of 0 to about 10% w/w and/or a processing agent present in an amount of 0 to about 10% w/w.
