The invention refers to the biologically active compounds, in particular to the water-soluble copolymers with plant growth regulator properties. The copolymers, according to the invention, consist of structural units of N-vinylpyrrolidone and potassium or ammonium methacrylate in the molar ratio of 84:16, with plant growth regulator properties. The result of the invention consists in that the claimed copolymers allow to increase the crop yield by 7à10% in comparison with the closest solution.
