A backpack with an adaptive fitting type waist belt is provided to change the position according to a specific body shape of a user like a width and a size of a shoulder and a chest, etc. by using buckles and straps. A waist belt includes a strap connection portion and two hip parts(11). The strap connection portion connects the side hip parts to each other. The two side hip parts are coupled to a backpack. Each hip part includes a webbing(20), a first buckle(14) and a second buckle(16). The webbing is coupled to the side hip part. The first buckle connects the webbing to the backpack. The second buckle connects the webbing to the strap connection portion. The hip part includes a sleeve(28) through which the webbing passes. The first buckle is connected to a pack body(30) through a ribbon(32).
