A heat sealer is provided to be improved so as to elevate an upper sealing bar with a simple structure and set an elevation stroke large at the same time. A heat sealer includes a supporting frame(26), an electromagnet(54), a horizontal shaft(32), and a crank arm(34). One end of the supporting frame is connected to an inner bracket(28) by a pin(30) in a cabinet. The other end of the supporting frame is movably disposed as a free end. The electromagnet moves a connecting member(38) to a sealing position through a center thrust stick(56). The horizontal shaft is rotatably supported at the other end of the supporting frame. The horizontal shaft rotates and reversely rotates by being connected with a sealing motor(48) through a driving belt(46). The crank arm is disposed between both sides of the horizontal shaft and a crank shaft(36) fixed at a lower end of the connecting member. The crank arm repeatedly elevates the connecting member between an opening position and a sealing preposition.
