Method, holder and device for processing biological objects

The method involves fixing a collecting container (17) at a holder by using a low pressure, and inserting biological objects in the collecting container, where the holder is partially made of a transparent material. The collecting container is released by the reduction of the low pressure. Gas is sucked from a surrounding area of the collecting container and a safety gas is supplied into the surrounding area of the collecting container, which is illuminated by using an illumination unit (18). An independent claim is also included for a device for processing biological objects.
