A playground grass structure using an environment-friendly water storage reduction space panel is provided to form an environment-friendly water storage space for draining off rainwater to the ground quickly. A playground grass structure using an environment-friendly water storage reduction space panel includes a charcoal layer(2) formed on a base layer(1) composed of aggregate and mixed stones selected from rubble by spraying 5~8‘± charcoal per 1m^2, a non-woven fabric layer(3) formed on the charcoal layer by using non-woven fabrics, a water storage reduction space panel layer(4) formed on the non-woven fabric layer by installing water storage reduction space panels for securing water storage capacity to the maximum continuously, a water permeable elastic layer(5) formed to a thickness of 20~25mm on the water storage reduction space panel layer by mixing 75~80 weight percent EPDM or waste tire chips and 20~25 weight percent binder and paying to the appointed thickness, and a grass panel(6) installed on the water permeable elastic layer. |
