A method for processing the payment of a credit card used oversea is provided to perform payment certification procedure through an information registration system for overseas card member shop by using slip purchase agent company information and overseas card member shop information. Slip purchase agent information and slip purchase company information and member shop information are stored in a specified storing medium(130). A message receiving unit(900) receives the payment certification request message as to credit cards used overseas. A message confirming unit(905) reads out the payment certification message whether the messes is concerned with oversea or domestic usage. An information extracting unit(910) extracts the member shop information from the payment certification request message. A payment certification is demanded to a payment server(930). A message processing unit(920) transmits the payment certification message to the terminal device of the member shop, and transmits the payment certification contents information to a slip purchase agent server(925). |
