A system and a method for managing a shopping mall with moving pictures are provided to enable a customer to compare products and transfer product explanation to the customer quickly by standardizing production of the moving pictures based on guidelines, such as formation, running time, encoding mode, and specification of the moving picture, needed for constructing the moving pictures. A system includes a plurality of user terminals, a shopping mall server, a goods management server registering the moving pictures and managing goods sales, and a media server streaming the moving pictures. The goods management server a moving picture register(41) registering the moving picture, an image, and a narration script of the sale goods, a goods manager(42) inputting/correcting goods data registered by a goods provider and processing all general information needed for sales activity, and a goods database(43). The moving picture register includes an intro moving picture register(410), a main moving picture register(420), a price change register(430), and an examination/production requestor(420). |
