A slip form device for forming a lining wall in a vertical tunnel is provided to prevent the breaking of a vertical frame by working load by equipping a slip form moving device in itself and shortening the length of a vertical frame functioning as a vertical rod, and to heighten work efficiency by ascending and descending freely. A slip form device for forming a lining wall in a vertical tunnel includes many vertical frames installed to the inside of a vertical tunnel(11) vertically to be length-adjustable, an upper deck(15) fixed to the top of the vertical frame to provide a horizontal work plane, a central deck(17) located on the lower part of the upper deck horizontally to provide a horizontal work plane for a worker climbing and performing the necessary work, a lower deck(19) fixed to the lower part of the central deck by a wire(37), a concrete hopper(29) provided to the center of the upper deck to store concrete supplied from the outside temporarily, many horizontal actuators placed around the concrete hopper in the radius direction to pressurize a tunnel wall(11a) with a pressure rod(33a) to fix the upper deck to the wanted location, a skin plate(35) installed to the bottom of the central deck to provide a space between the vertical tunnel and the tunnel wall to place concrete, thereby to function as a slip form, many fixed actuators(39) installed to the central deck and extended to the outside of the central deck in the radius direction to pressurize a tunnel wall to fix a slip form device to the vertical tunnel, and many vertical actuators(23) provided to the outside of the vertical frame to regulate the total extension length of the fixed actuator and the vertical frame.
