The first rotor is rotatably inserted into a center portion of the stator. A shaft(131) is fixed to the center portion of the first rotor. The first rotor is an induction rotor. A one-side second rotor(140) is positioned between the stator and the first rotor. The one-side second rotor is rotatably installed in a circumference direction of the shaft. The other-side second rotor(150) faces the one-side second rotor. A first ball bearing(160) is installed between the one-side second rotor and the shaft so as to support the one-side second rotor. A second ball bearing(170) is installed between the other-side second rotor and the shaft so as to support the other-side second rotor.
