<p>The implant (10) has an elongated base body provided with a shoulder section (16) in a longitudinal direction, a cervical part (18) and a fastening section (20) for anchoring the implant in a bone tissue. The fastening section is placed opposite to the shoulder section. The fastening section is formed with a buccal flat surface (32) for sectionally tapering of a cross-section of the fastening section. A surface between the flat surface and a bone lamella is filled with a bone-growth-stimulating material and/or substance e.g. absorbable ceramic elements and synthetic polymer pellet.</p> |
