A relief valve having a decompression maintaining structure is provided to maintain constantly a decompression rate by enlarging a size of a slit irrespective of an increase of viscosity of fluid at low temperature. A decompression member(200) is installed in a relief member in order to adjust a flow of fluid and to decompress a brake liquid. The decompression member includes an upper member(210), a lower member(220), and a bimetal connecting part(240). The upper member includes an upper slit(212) for receiving the fluid. The lower member includes a lower slit(222) connected to the upper slit. The upper slit and the lower slit are closely attached to each other. The bimetal connecting part is formed to maintain a connecting state between the upper member and the lower member at low temperature, to maintain a decompression rate by reducing a width of a slit(230) at high temperature. |
