A healthy food composition for preventing the oxidative damage to an eye is provided to prevent the cornea or retina from being damaged by oxidative stress, the use of contact lens, eyestrain, VDT syndrome, xerophthalmia, aging, climacteric, etc. A healthy food composition for preventing the oxidative damage to an eye comprises Rubus coreanus extract, Syzygium aromaticum extract, and Scutellaria baicalensis extract in a weight ratio of 1 : 1~10 : 1~10. The composition further comprises at least one ingredient selected from the group consisting of nutritive elements, red-ginseng concentrate powder, beta-carotene, and zinc. A healthy food containing the composition is in the form of a tablet, a capsule, or a liquid medicine.
