PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service providing method capable of suppressing cost rise. SOLUTION: The service providing method for providing services A and B authenticates a user of an authentication request terminal 30 so as to use the service A and determines whether the user can use the service B while the service A authenticated. When it is determined that the service B is available, a utilization permission message is stored and a utilization permission response based on the utilization permission message of the service B is sent to the authentication request terminal 30. The utilization permission message based on the utilization request message sent from a service utilization terminal 40 is verified, and when the service B is available, the utilization of the service B is permitted to the service utilization terminal 40.
