A gripper device is provided to suitably perform a high speed conveyance such as the conveyance of filled drink pouches or similar products. A gripper device includes a plurality of grippers(5) and a driver(7). A plurality of grippers are disposed at first intervals at a first position and second intervals at a second position. The driver moves the grippers to at least one of the second position. The driver includes a moving mechanism(10) for moving two adjacent grippers through paths of different lengths. The driver includes a mechanical transfer joint(9) with respect to the grippers. The transfer joint includes a lever gear. The moving mechanism includes a lever gear. The grippers are disposed in at least one row. The row of the gripper can be simultaneously moved.
