<p>The invention relates to a process and an installation for obtaining deuterium-depleted water for alimentary use. According to the invention, the process consists in that there is supplied, in continuous flow, with drinking water purified by dechlorination and deionization a distillation area in the presence of a filling of minimum 100 theoretical trays with an efficiency of 8 theoretical trays per meter, the reflux flow rate being introduced on the last tray of a higher depleting area, in stationary conditions, carried out by maintaining a constant ratio of 5:1 between the flow rate of the basic material at the temperature of 45 Celsius degrees and the vapour flow rate at the temperature of 60 Celsius degrees, at the pressure of 100 mmHg at the distillation column top, and the temperature of 51.5 degrees Celsius, respectively, there resulting a constant flow rate of deuterium-depleted water with a constant of 20...30 ppm D/D+H, this representing 4.5% of the reflux flow, which is further mineralized, antibacterially treated by ozonization and sterilized, there resulting drinking water for alimentary use.</p> |
